Q: How long have you been at SPENGA or instructing at SPENGA?
A: I’ve been a member of SPENGA since 2020, and I even joined another SPENGA studio, in Chapel Hill, NC while attending college at UNC. I just started instructing at SPENGA this month and I love it!
Q: What do you love about WERKING at SPENGA?
A: The community! Everyone is so supportive and genuinely wants to help you achieve your goals!
Q: Fess up, RIDE, REP, or REVIVE? Which is your fav?
A: I love RIDE! There’s just something about riding on beat, getting a good sweat in, and listening to some amazing music.
