Tasha

Tasha was born in Texas but has resided in Roswell since the age of eight. She has been married for fifteen years and is the mother of four children, as well as two dogs, two cats, a guinea pig, a snake, a lizard, and a fish. Growing up, Tasha was a dancer and has retained her interest in the artform, regularly practicing yoga, Pilates, barre, and spin. In 2020, she joined SPENGA after having taught Hitt classes and yoga at other gyms. Additionally, in 2020, Tasha began running marathons and has achieved the status of three-time Boston Marathon qualifier. She is also a RRCA certified running coach.

When asked, what's your favorite part of SPENGA- Tasha said, "Revive, also know as yoga. At SPENGA, we offer something special - a hard workout session followed by yoga, plus a community of support and encouragement. I've made some of my best friends here, and I'm sure you will too!

What does Tasha when she isn't at  SPENGA? Tasha loves to get her sweat on by running marathons, jam out to her favorite music (a mix of Taylor Swift and rap!), and spend quality time with her family. If you ever see a blonde (or maybe someone with purple hair) running around in Roswell, chances are it's Tasha - she's always getting in her miles and curating the best playlists!
